Running in Debug Mode

Debug Mode should only be used as a last resort after all other troubleshooting techniques have been exhausted. This debug log should be via email or faxed to us so that the programmers can track the errors.

DEBUG MODE IS ONLY AVAILABLE IN VERSION 3.2.1.78 OR HIGHER

To launch EASYLABEL Multi-User in Debug Mode:

From a DOS prompt, change to the EASYLABEL Multi-User directory. The default is Program FilesTharoEASYLABEL Multi-User

Type: easyn /t

The /t switch places the software into a Debug Mode. Any errors that occur will be logged in a .log file.

For releases of EASYLABEL prior to 5.8.0.1282, this log file will be saved in the EASYLABEL Multi-User directory.

For the 5.8.0.1282 release of EASYLABEL and future EASYLABEL releases, this log file will be saved in the “Documents and Settings<username>My DocumentsTharoEASYLABEL” directory.

NOTE: The Debug Mode is run on a “per session” basis. This means that if you launch the software using /t, once you exit and launch it without the /t, it is no longer in Debug Mode.
