When sending a job to your printer/applicator and you receive a cutter jam error it is because your system is not in applicator mode. This is easily corrected in printer or in the software. In order to change this in the printer you must first put the printer into setup mode.

When in the setup mode you can choose applicator mode under option setup. When choosing to do this through the software you will be able to change this in the format specifications. Change the print mode to applicator. In all cases the software overrides the printer so this means anytime you change something in the software (applicator mode for example) it will override what the printer is set for(cutter mode).
